      Prepare the ingredients. Clean the squid by removing the bone, beak, and innards. Set the squid aside. Cut and slice the other ingredients needed such as the tomatoes, garlic, and onion.

      Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until golden brown, then add the onions and cook until soft and translucent.

      2 large pieces Red Bell Pepper (optional)
      4 large pieces Tomatoes sliced
      1 medium size Red Onion sliced
      4 cloves Garlic sliced
      1/4 cup Soy Sauce
      1/4 cup Vinegar
      1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
      1 teaspoon Black Pepper
      3 pieces Bay Leaves
      1 teaspoon Brown Sugar optional
      3 tablespoons Cooking Oil
