Halo-Halo which literally means “Mix”, is a famous Filipino ice cream mix with various exotic fruits and boiled beans. Halo-Halo Ice Cream comes in many variations and ingredients can be added or left out. Generally, the arrangements of this dessert are the fruits, beans and other ingredients will be placed on the bottom of the bowl and topped with crushed/shaved ice cream, a scoop of ice cream and some dried rice.

Combine the sweet palm fruit, sweetened coconut meat, the boiled red mung beans and the jackfruit in a transparent ice cream bowl.

Ingredients that can also be added are corn, Purple yam cubes, Colored gelatin, sliced banana and Jelly pearls.

On Top of all the above ingredients you can put crushes ice, the evaporated milk and a scoop of ice cream and a little bit of dried Rice.
