How to cook a kare kare recipe.
In this recipe, I will describe how to cook a kare kare recipe with a sachet mix from mamasita because Atsuete seeds are, to my knowledge, not available in the country where I’m from. Please follow the exact procedure described for this recipe, and it will be delicious!
Once I found out where to buy the atsuete seeds in the Netherlands, I’ll explain how to cook a kare kare recipe with atsuete seeds as well. (Instead of the kare kare mix from mamasita) 🙂
When you think the kare kare mixture is too watery, you can add cornstarch to make it more consistent.
